Job Description

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our extensive database. Your tasks will involve accurately entering, verifying, and managing data related to our products and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities

* Inputting and managing large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Conducting regular audits of data to ensure its integrity.
  • Communicating with team members to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assisting in the development of data entry processes and best practices.
  • Utilizing software tools and applications to streamline data entry tasks.
  • Keeping detailed records of entered data and changes made to databases.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing data-related support to internal teams.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
