About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Investigative Research Specialist to join our team, with a focus on Social Media reporting. As a key member of our investigative team, you will be responsible for conducting research, gathering intelligence, and preparing reports on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on social media platforms to gather pertinent information and intelligence
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Review files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
  • Perform data entry efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct background investigations and handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion
  • Conduct verification via phone and manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and abilities, including:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
