Title: D-CPT-9904 Virtual Dispatcher VA Independent Contractor – Business Support VA-Junior, Senior,Advanced Levels (Remote). Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The Virtual Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing delivery operations from a remote (virtual) setting. This role ensures timely execution of pick-up and delivery routes, communicates with drivers and stakeholders, responds to real-time issues (e.g. delays, breakdowns), and maintains compliance with FedEx and ISP standards. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Assign and schedule pick-up and delivery routes to drivers using dispatch software / routing tools
• Monitor driver progress (via GPS / telematics) and adjust routes in real time to mitigate delays
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers on the road, handling incidents such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or route changes
• Communicate with customers (or internal contacts) proactively, especially when delays or other issues affect promised delivery windows
• Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activities, route changes, driver communications, and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and contractual standards (FedEx, ISP, local regulations)
• Coordinate with terminals, warehouse staff, or third-party vendors when necessary
• Escalate unresolved issues to management or supervisory level
• Assist in training new dispatchers or helping with operational support tasks
• Run performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer or require college/associate degree)
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, Last Mile delivery, or operations coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with software tools, GPS/telematics, route optimization software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in shifts / flexible hours (since deliveries run early morning to evening)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Reliable internet connection, home office setup

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Thursday
• Daily Working Time: 7AM-5PM EST or 8AM-6PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW. Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
