Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support

As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will work closely with our manufacturing teams to understand and streamline production processes, process production orders, create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will also assist the Inventory and Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples and perform other duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials

• Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
• Help the inventory controller identify Bin locations and assist the Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples
• Perform job duties under ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
• Participate in other projects or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience

• Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems

• Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the manufacturing process
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
