Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, with three days of on-site training required to ensure a seamless transition into our virtual work environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and data entry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, including CRM platforms and ticketing systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
