Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers about blithequark's policies, procedures, and services, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with booking, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel needs

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support
  • Resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of service that reflects blithequark's commitment to customer care

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
