Job Responsibilities
As a full stack product manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of conversational AI and live chat support solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development and launch of conversational AI and live chat support solutions
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development
* Defining and prioritizing product requirements and features
* Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and release plans
* Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform product development
* Working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on product vision and strategy
* Developing and maintaining product documentation and training materials
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
* Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies and trends
* Experience with product development tools, such as Jira and Asana
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS and Google Cloud
