What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the voice of our customers, working closely with them to resolve inquiries, identify bugs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level support via phone, chat, and email to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Identifying and resolving client concerns, improving client retention, and establishing strong customer relationships
- Diagnosing bugs and communicating customer issues and requests to our development team
- Working with the latest cloud support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support and guidance
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in customer support and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and improving customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and technologies
- Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Intercom, JIRA, and G Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
