Whether it's providing details on shipping rates, explaining return policies, or checking inventory, you'll be the go-to expert for all things blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers directly on our website and social media channels through text-based chat

  • Address customers' questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate and timely support, ensuring customers receive the help they need
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) a plus

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a text-based chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
