Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Design Creative Coordinator to join our team! As a key member of our visual branding and project management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of innovative projects from concept to completion, while providing expert guidance and mentorship to colleagues. If you have a keen eye for design, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Administration, Clients, and colleagues, to develop and implement successful projects and processes.
  • Provide inspiration, mentorship, and expertise, exploring new techniques and approaches as needed.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of all projects related to suitability, creativity, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Division/Corporate Brand Principles.
  • Establish and manage realistic assumptions for resources, objectives, and task timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality feedback and coaching to colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in graphic design, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong Mac skills and familiarity with Mac operating systems.
