Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Data Source Identification: Identifying relevant data sources, defining data requirements, and performing preliminary data quality checks to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
• Problem Formulation: Analyzing business problems, identifying key assumptions, and developing solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Analytical Modeling: Developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Model Deployment & Scaling: Deploying models to production, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Code Development & Testing: Writing code to develop and deploy solutions, testing for quality and reliability, and contributing to code documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Applied Business Acumen: Evaluating business cases, influencing stakeholder decision-making, and driving the execution of deliverables.
• Model Assessment & Validation: Identifying and evaluating model assessment metrics, applying testing and tuning strategies to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Data Visualization and Storytelling: Developing compelling stories and visualizations to communicate insights and drive business decisions.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and cloud application development.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
