Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to answer questions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, sharing best practices and knowledge to improve customer service.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfort and proficiency using computers, including our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Experience working in customer support, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
