You’ll work on the core systems that make The Flex run — from seamless booking flows and payment infrastructure to automated cleaning logistics and smart pricing algorithms. You’ll turn complex, fragmented real estate operations into clean, reliable, and intelligent software.

• Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and automation workflows that drive global operations.

• Automate Everything – Design microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.

• Integrate the Ecosystem – Connect Base360.ai with partners like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio through clean, reliable integrations.

• Design for Scale – Build fault-tolerant, event-driven systems that can handle millions of transactions in real time.

• Collaborate Across Borders – Partner with product, data, and operations teams to bring automation to life in the physical world.

• Ship Fast, Learn Faster – Iterate quickly, measure impact, and scale what works.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and/or Python (FastAPI).

• Familiarity with AWS (serverless stack) and API-first architectures.

• Experience with databases, microservices, and real-time systems.

• A builder’s mindset — fast, pragmatic, and obsessed with elegant solutions.

• Curiosity about automation, AI, and real estate tech.

• A bias for action — you move ideas to production, not slide decks.
