The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to emails and telephone calls made by investors and professionals, adhering to compliance and regulations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to emails and telephone calls from investors and professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Prioritize queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause
  • Type and administer correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence

Requirements:

* Inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry (although not essential)

  • Other customer service experience, including complaint handling, inbound processing, and/or banking roles
  • Strong independent and team worker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a regulated industry, such as financial services

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages (although not essential)
