Job Summary

As a Full Stack Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue for Aetna's small group sales team. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities in the small group market. You'll also be responsible for managing a territory, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue for Aetna's small group sales team

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and other industry professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities in the small group market and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Manage a territory, including developing and executing sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aetna's products and services, as well as the needs and preferences of our clients
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends

Essential Qualifications

* 1-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the health insurance or benefits industry

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance and benefits industry, including the products and services offered by Aetna
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance Producer License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days

  • Salesforce experience, or a strong understanding of salesforce and its applications
  • A strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • A strong understanding of the health insurance and benefits industry, including the products and services offered by Aetna

Education

* Associate degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years applicable experience)
