As a 3rd Shift Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our towing services, working closely with drivers, customers, and vendors to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.

Responsibilities

As a 3rd Shift Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling shipments, deliveries, and pickups to ensure timely and efficient service
• Communicating with drivers, customers, and vendors to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates
• Monitoring fleet activities and providing support to drivers as needed to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
• Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of office experience, preferably in a dispatch or customer service role
• Ability to work overnight shifts (3rd shift)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with dispatch software or similar systems
• Knowledge of the towing and transportation industry
• Certification in dispatch or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
