Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required

• Proven experience in customer service or call center support

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Comfortable using CRM tools, email systems, and support platforms

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
