Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this remote position, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in blithequark's databases and systems, verifying and correcting any data discrepancies or errors, and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality are maintained at all times. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and contribute to a mission that improves lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data in blithequark's databases and systems

  • Verify and correct any data discrepancies or errors
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained at all times
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of database management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience

* No prior experience required – training will be provided!
