The Role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if issues arise, you will work tirelessly to resolve them in a timely and high-quality manner. Your expertise will be essential in driving positive outcomes for our users, and you will be expected to become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience

  • Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a high-quality and timely manner
  • Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users
  • Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
  • Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

You

We're looking for a hungry individual who is eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. As a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, you will be comfortable taking on any role or task, learning new skills, and being part of building a great company. Your background should include:

  • Open to overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST
  • 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Weekend availability required
  • Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
  • Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
  • Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers
  • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus

Team Environment

As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be part of a remote co-located team that operates out of hubs within the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany. You will be required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. Our benefits package includes:
