Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person. You will be responsible for handling registration and payment processes, communicating event details, and addressing customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and participants, ensuring their satisfaction with our events and services. - Registration and payment processes: Handle registration and payment processes for events and leagues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Event communication: Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner. - Customer complaint resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. - Collaboration with other departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction. - Customer records and data: Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data. - Marketing and promotional efforts: Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Industry trends and customer needs: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve our services and processes.
Qualifications
