Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and enhancing data answers for budget and mission estimation. You will work closely with our marketing efforts, tasks, and central analysis group to gather information and measurement needs. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary of $26/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, tasks, and our central analysis group to gather information and measurement needs

  • Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance
  • Lead reviews, improve data processes surrounding data flow, and ensure data accuracy
  • Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation
  • Track and log ongoing studies/tests across blithequark, Facebook, Instagram, and Courier
  • Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility
  • Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
  • Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources
  • Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances
  • Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Partner's certification in computer programming or equivalent training

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
