Live Support Specialist-Night Shift
We're looking for new team members to join Live Support team on a Night Shift!
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
- Preferably experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong focus on solving customer problems and familiarity with pre- and post-sales processes
- Ability to work remotely (from home)
- Competence with a computer and a high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work night shifts (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day) on our 24/7 live support line
- Minimum high school diploma (must have completed military service for male candidates)
- Excellent written communication and persuasion skills
- Motivated to pursue a career in customer support and eager to grow
- Open to learning and continuous improvement
- Dynamic, determined, and enjoy communication
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
