Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in online Legal Focus Groups via Zoom, providing thoughtful and descriptive feedback on cases
• Engage in a training session prior to the event to ensure a thorough understanding of the process and expectations
• Listen attentively to presentations and provide constructive feedback on the cases presented
• Contribute to the development of informed and fair decision-making in the justice system
• Collaborate with a team of motivated and dedicated individuals to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications

• Residency in Hamilton County, Indiana, with a strong understanding of the local community and its needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in constructive dialogue and provide clear feedback
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide informed opinions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a computer, laptop, or tablet with a webcam and high-speed internet connection
