Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Online Customer Service Representative – Digital Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $49.00/hour.
