Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and transacting data for basic to complex transactions. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and transacting data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and high-quality Provider data
  • Providing operational support and cleaning up and maintaining data for basic to complex data transactions
  • Working with multiple databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Developing and implementing data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and high-quality Provider data
  • Provide operational support and clean up and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions
  • Work with multiple databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to track data trends and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases

  • More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or service
  • Excel proficiency
  • Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
  • Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
  • A track record of success that prioritizes work
  • Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
  • Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year

  • Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this position is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, with experience, education, location, and other relevant factors influencing the actual base salary offer. This position is eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
