  • Accurately process and validate new group census loads
  • Process, audit, and validate new and existing member enrollment adds and changes.
  • Work with payroll vendors and insurance carriers to establish new and maintain existing file feeds.
  • Identify trends in data and collaborate with both the Data and Technology team to prevent and remediate issues and incorporate new processes.
  • Process and review daily file feeds received from payroll vendors to ensure enrollments are uploaded consistently and without error.
  • Work closely with offshore team members to ensure business continuity.
  • Utilize SQL to audit groups and build files to accelerate member enrollment and account changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • At least 2 years in employee benefits preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with internal team members as well as external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred, not required.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to gather and deliver technical requirements from the business.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High level of competence in Excel (vlookups, filtering, pivot tables, etc.) required
  • SQL knowledge required, SSMS preferred.
  • Analytical, critical thinking skills, and detail oriented.

Ability to support others, helping a team be successful.

  • Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and making data informed decisions.
  • Experience with EDI and SFTP file transfers preferred.
  • Additional experience or knowledge in the health care industry (CDH and Health Plans)
