Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Eligibility Records Management

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of blithequark's drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring and tracking records. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, including discrepancies between systems
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to resolve problems
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and record studies

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Certification in a related field, such as medical coding or data analysis

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent
