Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and provide them with personalized insurance quotes and advice on coverage options.
• Convert quotes into new policies using your persuasion and sales skills.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Meet sales targets and earn additional monthly sales incentives once trained.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience, although not required, is considered a plus.
