Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Remote Healthcare Recruiter who is passionate about the healthcare industry and has a proven track record in consultative selling, candidate attraction and retention, relationship building, and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
* Consultative Selling: Leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships and align healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities, ensuring that clients and candidates achieve their goals and objectives.
- Candidate Attraction & Retention: Identify and engage top talent while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction throughout their assignments, fostering a culture of excellence and loyalty.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term success, trust, and collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, effectively meeting the needs of clients and candidates, and driving results.
Goals & Expectations
* Year 1 Goal: Successfully place 12 healthcare professionals in assignments, demonstrating your ability to drive results and meet client needs.
- Year 2 Goal: Expand placements to 20 healthcare professionals on assignment, showcasing your expertise and commitment to excellence.
Required Skills
* Consultative Selling Experience: A proven track record in consultative selling with persuasive and charismatic qualities, able to adapt to various audiences and situations.
- Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve goals and a high-performance mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills are vital for establishing connections with clients and candidates, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Relationship Management: Expertise in building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships is essential, fostering trust and collaboration between clients and candidates.
