The Role
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient and productive customer service through chat, handling a wide range of inquiries, including product information, shipping updates, order status, and more. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through chat, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of customer requests, including product information, shipping updates, order status, and more
- Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through chat
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Fast and confident typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the e-commerce industry or a related field
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design principles
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
