Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintaining a high level of organization, productivity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 1 year of office experience, preferably in a sales or mortgage-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
