Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations, you will play a critical role in managing CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home (WFH) setting. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is a full-time position that requires comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
  • Utilize estimation and investigation to process, assess, and make suggestions to meet QM targets
  • Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
  • Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
  • Help create remedial activity plans
  • Create review apparatuses for all populations
  • Track fulfillment of remedial activity plans
  • Complete information section on all review apparatuses
  • Participate in finishing bury rater unwavering quality and scoring guidelines
  • Participate in QM gatherings

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)

  • At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
  • Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record experience

  • QM evaluating experience or case management experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
