Job Summary

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer profile updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to meet their needs
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented, with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software, including data entry and customer profile management
  • Basic knowledge of technical support principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
