We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to resolve inquiries, identify bugs, and address issues, ensuring a seamless experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior support teams as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with development teams to implement fixes.
  • Communicate customer feedback, issues, and requests to development teams, ensuring that client needs are addressed.
  • Work with cloud support systems such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite to manage client interactions and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the improvement of client retention rates through exceptional service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working in the legal industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Intercom, JIRA, and G Suite is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide clear solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven individual with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others through exceptional service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based software solutions and support systems.
  • Knowledge of technical processes and integrations, with the ability to discuss complex topics with clients.
  • Certifications or training in customer support, sales, or a related field.
