As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming complex calls and outbound appointments, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs. You will be the face of our company, and your ability to provide professional and personalized support will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming complex calls and outbound appointments, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs
  • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed
  • Route calls as needed to appropriate resources
  • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers
  • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
  • Work weekends and be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of our customers

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of call center experience and possess good verbal and written communication skills. You should be dependable, able to adhere to a schedule, and have effective problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need to have a customer service orientation, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
