Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
  • Demonstrating exceptional soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to position new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite connections)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, secure workspace that meets our requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)
