The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized phone and email interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing clear explanations of our insurance products and features. You'll work one-on-one with customers, building trust and rapport to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers

• Preparing well-written responses to customers
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
• Utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and data
• Multitasking to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Adjusting work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Friendly, patient phone manner with excellent communication and reasoning skills

• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
• Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a significant plus
• Based in the US, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
