Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the blithequark brand to customers
  • Utilizing CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on customer inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills are essential for dealing with a variety of customer personalities

Preferred Qualifications
