About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a 100% work-from-home agent, you'll be responsible for handling a large volume of calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs and provide solutions
• Engage in positive interactions with customers to build trust and resolve issues
• Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and update records
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the US
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer navigation skills
• Ability to work in a quiet, home office environment with minimal distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in a call center or remote work environment
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

Technical Requirements:

As a remote worker, you'll be required to use your own computer equipment and internet service. Please ensure you meet the following specifications:

• Laptop or Desktop computer with 8GB of RAM
• Google Chrome installed
• Operating System - Windows 10/11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed
• Mouse and keyboard
• USB headset with boom mic
• Webcam (built-in or external USB)
• PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
• Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
• 1 Monitor (minimum 19”)
