This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing systems, and leading people. You’ll be at the center of our logistics operations—collaborating with terminal managers, carrier partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor logistics staff, ensuring high performance and a collaborative team culture.
• Solve Problems Fast: Tackle transportation, system, and customer issues with confidence and speed.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage driver scheduling, truck coordination, and customer demand fulfillment with precision.
• Maximize Efficiency: Partner with terminals and supply teams to streamline operations and boost profitability.
• Own the Numbers: Take charge of P&L for each truck and delivery—your decisions will directly impact the bottom line.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor and enforce DOT, OSHA, and hazardous materials regulations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with analytics, safety, fleet, and sales teams to align goals and improve outcomes.
• Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology integration to enhance logistics performance.
