Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Administrator Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in nationwide and local paid Focus Groups and Market Research assignments
- Sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Participating in online or in-person discussions
- Providing feedback on consumer products and services
- Participating in multi-session studies
- Completing written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, if applicable
- Discussing topics prior to the meeting date
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
