About blithequark and the Role

blithequark supports a diverse range of clients, and as an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to work with prominent brands, providing customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. Your primary focus will be on helping customers with their needs, ensuring a positive experience, and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring a positive experience and fostering brand loyalty
  • Utilize technical skills and product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed

  • Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Puerto Rico

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. We'll provide you with a contract outlining the terms and conditions of your engagement, and you'll be required to agree to the terms before commencing work.
