Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing their concerns with empathy, care, and attention to detail. Your expertise will help patients understand their pharmacy benefits, and you'll use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. You'll also be responsible for documenting patient interactions in real-time, ensuring that our patients receive the best advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to phone inquiries from patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently

  • Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits and provide expert guidance
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Document patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Reliable internet connectivity through a wired connection (no mobile or hot spot environment)

Compensation and Benefits:

* Hourly rate of $17-$23, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location
