Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries. You will also assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations, resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner, and record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries
- Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
- Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system
- Stay updated on blithequark policies, procedures, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airline or travel industry setting (Preferred but not required)
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center environment (Preferred)
