Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat. You will assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related queries, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
