Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in California. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving product or service issues, handling complaints, and maintaining customer records. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
  • Expedite correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
