Job Summary

As a Virtual Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over chat and provide them with the information they need regarding our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat

  • Assist customers with account-related questions and provide solutions to their problems
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
