Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and complete information using our comprehensive Knowledge Base.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our advanced software systems.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to adapt to our proprietary systems.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
