Job Type and Working Hours

Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Hours Available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers, promoting blithequark's products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction and gather feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on blithequark's products and services, participating in training sessions as required to maintain expertise.
