Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related issues, while upholding our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with Blithequark's policies, services, and promotions, and uphold our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and provide insights to support process improvements.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the travel industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
